The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-ii)

Rees & England have run a networking and leadership skills development breakfast event since the beginning of 2011. During the year we covered subjects ranging from ‘Influencing skills’ to ‘Beliefs and their impact’. One participant said: “Good quality content & calibre of speakers/delegates. Excellent venue. In 2012 we are focussing in depth on one thing – the Keirsey Temperament Sorter. We were certified to use this during 2011 and found it to be very beneficial to teams as well as individuals. A recent participant in our KTS-ii team-building workshop said “I can’t think of a better way to start our time as a team together”.

As part of this years programme, you will receive a free personal survey and ‘Corporate’ KTS-ii report, followed by upto an hour of 1:1 coaching. By the end of the year, as well as gathering personal insights, you will be able to make a quick assessment of the temperament of those you work with and evaluate how best to work with them to achieve the results you seek.

And the cost? A lot less than you might expect. For 4 breakfasts at one of Bristols top restaurants, a personal KTS-ii profile and an hours 1:1 coaching we are asking you for only £100 (plus VAT). When you consider that we’d normally charge over £125 for just the profile and coaching, this has to be a bargain that you don’t want to miss.

We only ask that you commit for the whole year, so that you get as much from the experience as possible and so that the group can build and grow together.
